Job description
As an experienced researcher, you will make an important contribution to the professorship’s research theme, which is focused on the role of lecturer in honours teaching methods. This research theme concerns honours-level teaching methods aimed at promoting excellence, including curriculum development, differentiation, talent development in networks, and student-lecturer interactions. You can add your own areas of emphasis, since within this theme you will not only further develop existing research, but also set up your own research and write grant proposals. You will involve, supervise, and encourage lecturers at Hanze University of Applied Sciences in this research. You will work with professors to further develop these research themes, both for smaller research projects published in professional journals, and for more extensive projects focussed on a broader impact and aimed at peer-reviewed publication. You will also help initiate doctoral research projects and supervise PhD candidates. You will be an active research group member, publish in leading national and international journals, and present research results at (online) conferences both in The Netherlands and abroad.
